Keeping the design elements of the rest of the Hadley line, the new Hadley Large Pro is a bag generous in dimensions, and yet still appears to be a simple carry-all. As in all Billingham product, the entire bag is waterproof, due to a 3 MIL layer of polypropylene which is sandwiched between all layers of material.

The large top closure flap extends down and completely covers the top of the bag and the two front accessory pockets. A full inner top padded flap insures that gear will be protected from above. Inside, measurements are 10.5 high x 15 wide x 6 deep.. Newly designed vertical dividers ( 2 ) allow for placement of a camera with long lens attached.     (This is a bag that can handle loads of gear  ! ) The front of the Hadley Large Pro boasts two affixed accessory pockets, expandable by unsnapping heavy duty snaps, and measure 10.5 inches high x 15.5 inches wide x 6 inches deep, large enough for memory device, cords, cables, batteries, Mp3 players ,etc. The entire interior insert can be removed and the bag can do double duty as a weekender.

The rear of  the bag has a large, 15  (Wide ) x 8.5 ( High ) zip pocket, ideal for an iPad, Kindle, paperback, or note pad, which is also protected from the elements by an exterior rain flap. An extra long adjustable shoulder strap allows the bag to be carried ‘ messenger style ‘, cross body.  Accessory side pockets fit easily on either side of the Hadley Large Pro. To secure the bag when traveling, or from prying hands, two stout buckles provide closure of the bag. Unlike the rest of the Hadley line, which utilizes Billingham’s famous ‘ Clog Bolt ‘ closure system, the large amount of gear that is expected to go into the Hadley Large Pro necessitates the use of these closure buckles to insure against the stress and strain that such gear can put on the bag.

Finally, a copious amount of leather trim is used on this bag, adding to it’s beauty and appeal. This is a bag that will get better looking over the years, like all Billingham products.
