Ideal for both DSLR & Video Cameras, the MK-100 is fitted with a 14mm electret condenser capsule that produces high quality audio with a uni-directional pick-up. This is achieved using a Super Cardiod design, ensuring maximum sound input from the front of the microphone, resulting in targeted audio recordings with minimum interference from both sides as well as behind.

In addition, the MK-100 is fitted with a unique rubber suspension shock mount, which absorbs unwanted mechanical vibrations from the camera.

A 3 position sensitivity switch has –10, 0, and +10 settings, which allows the user to optimize performance when recording at both high as well as low levels.

A Low Cut setting minimizes wind noise. Rather than pull power from the camera, the MK-100 uses 2 AAA batteries, which provide up to 100 hours of use.

Fitted with a Hot Shoe adaptor and a thread, the MK-100 fits easily on any camera, boompole, monopod or tripod.
