Ideally suited for situations where water is coming from above ; tropical rain forests , snow, forestry services or fire response units, , our full line of rain capes lets you take your gear to places where you once thought impossible.

Rain capes are made for both DSLR as well as Video Cameras. Exciting DSLR Video, as well as video taken with traditional video cameras are possible with ewa-marine rain capes.

Constructed of the same quality multi layered PVC material as our Underwater Housings, ewa-marine rain capes feature front ports manufactured of hardened optical glass, color neutral. Rain capes are open at the bottom, to allow for hand-holding the camera, or mounting on a tripod. Most all of the capes have convenient snaps, which help fasten the bottom around the wrist, making for a tighter fit.

Although many of the capes can accommodate a variety of cameras, both DSLR as well as Video, some are camera specific. Please see the ewa marine site at www.ewa-marine.de to find the correct match for your camera. New DSLR models now also come with oversize front ports, to allow use with lenses with a filter diameter up to 82 mm.

C-500 Pro….For use with most 500/600mm lenses up to 16 ‘. Optical Glass front port.

C-AF……….80mm. Optical Glass Port. 49~62mm adaptor ring included. Works w/lenses up to 8 “ long.

C-AF-100…..Hurricane Cape w/Oversized front Optical Port ( up to 82mm. ) CA-77 adaptor included.

C-AFX………Same as C-AF, but will accommodate on-camera flash.

C-AFX-100…Same as C-AFX, but with oversize ( 82mm ) front glass lens port. CA-77 adaptor included.
